Despite the season coming to an end and the Titans missing the post-season again, we shelved our Thursday Thoughts after the news of Rick Vanderhook’s retirement broke. Now that the dust has settled we are publishing our season-ending Thursday Thoughts a little later but still the same nonetheless.

Titan Baseball Season Canceled Amidst COVID-19 Fears
The NCAA canceled the College World Series amid COVID-19 fears setting off a ripple effect that led to the cancellation of the entire college baseball season. Numerous questions remain amidst this unprecedented turn of events. We offer our insight and opinion on how it will affect Titan Baseball moving forward.
Thursday Thoughts – Texas Series
Despite the NCAA canceling the college ball season in reaction to COVID-19, we had some thoughts on the Texas series. Not that it really matters but here were our thoughts before the season got canceled.

The college baseball coaching carousel for Cal State Fullerton finally came to a stop with the news breaking that Andy Jenkins, former assistant coach for Oregon State, will join the Titan Baseball coaching staff to fill the vacated Volunteer Assistant role. Former Titan Tyler Pill also joins the coaching staff as an undergraduate assistant.
