Despite the season coming to an end and the Titans missing the post-season again, we shelved our Thursday Thoughts after the news of Rick Vanderhook’s retirement broke. Now that the dust has settled we are publishing our season-ending Thursday Thoughts a little later but still the same nonetheless.

Thursday Thoughts: Long Beach State Series
The 2021 Titan Baseball team reached a small milestone by winning its 20th game of the season vs. Long Beach State. We examine that and few other aspects that can be described as being good, bad and some ugly.
Thursday Thoughts: Cal Poly Series
Following the weekend sweep at Cal Poly, for the first time in Titan Baseball history, the Titans are assured of recording their first losing season. We take a closer look at the series up in San Luis Obispo and examine the good, the bad and the ugly to come out of it.

After splitting the series with CSUN 2 games apiece, the Titans are currently fourth in the Big West Conference standings. Thursday Thoughts: California Baptist Series
The Titans wrapped up their final non-conference series this weekend welcoming in Cal Baptist. The Titans won 2-out-of-3 and are hitting their stride going back to Big West Conference play. This weekend vs. CBU had some good, bad and ugly aspects to it and we discuss them all here in Thursday Thoughts.

Thursday Thoughts: April 2-Game USD Series
Although the series vs. USD came together quickly to replaced the Cal State Bakersfield, we took away a number of things from the two-game set. As always, the series had some good, bad and ugly aspects to it and we discuss them all here in Thursday Thoughts.

Thursday Thoughts: UC Santa Barbara Series
The Titans exited the first weekend of Big West Conference play with a split over the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos. Streaks were broekn and new streak was started this past weekend and we will be discussing the good, the bad and the ugly coming out of the first weekend of conference games.
